Lemon butter Pasta-Barefoot in the kitchen
Stir -fry garlic, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with butter, and then mix with fresh lemon juice and tender pasta to make the dream of lemon butter.
You can skip them before having a comment on those who hate mushrooms. However, they are indeed delicious in this recipe, I recommend giving them a chance before excluding them!
Lemon butter pasta
In the past 25 years, I have been making such pasta for the company, myself, and my family and friends. This is the first recipe I think of when I want to eat Italian noodles.
My husband likes to add some grilled chicken, but most of the time I am satisfied with this pasta.
When we got married for the first time, when Shawn came out of the city, I often made this pasta for myself on weekends.
Lemon butter Pasta recipes
Lemon, butter and garlic are great combinations in almost any recipe, isn’t it? They really shine in this sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes.
This lemon sauce is perfectly wrapped in a thin angel, which is an excellent match for the last minute chicken or crispy leather oven grilled chicken. Chicken is my first choice with this pasta.
However, garlic butter steak slices or pine nuts are more delicious in this meal.
Now, when I do this, I will double the recipes and pray for the leftovers for lunch the next day. I am happy to eat this for lunch and dinner throughout the weekend.
For special occasions, my favorite Italian pasta is to put some butter scallops next to it. This kind of pasta with lemon butter sauce is also great with some grilled lemon, garlic shrimp.
Pasta lemon butter sauce
You need to make lemon butter pasta, you need the following ingredients:
- butter
- garlic
- mushroom
- onion
- tomato
- lemon
- Black pepper
- Rough salt
- Angels to make noodles
- Roman Pacorino cheese or Palma cheese
- Italian
- Optional: better than broth chicken bottom
As mentioned earlier, if you don’t like mushrooms, you can choose mushrooms. In other words, they do bring some special things to the pasta, so if you like or even tolerate mushrooms, I suggest add them!
Lemon butter noodles
Boil the pasta, drain the water, and put it aside. Merdit butter with medium fire in large frying cookers.
Add garlic and fry for less than a minute until the fragrance is emitted.
Add mushrooms, onions and optional chicken bases (if used). Fry it for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms and onions are softer.
Add lemon juice, tomatoes and white pepper to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or get hot until the tomatoes become hot.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir well. If necessary, go to the table and sprinkle with cheese.
