These easy Instant Pot Ribs are tender bone delicious! They are also quick and easy to make.
Prevent the screen from going black

Rinse and pat rack of ribs. Use a knife to lift the edge of the membrane away from the back of the ribs and remove it.

Cut the slab into 2-3 pieces, small enough to fit in the Instant Pot. Coat each slice generously with the dry rub mixture and massage it into the meat.

Add a trifle or rack to the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour in broth or water, along with liquid smoke (if using).

Place the ribs upright on the curved board so they are not stacked on top of each other. Sprinkle the sliced onions and garlic over the ribs.
