Easy fragrant vinegar recipe

We like this homemade incense vinegar! It is very strong, sweet and very easy to make us beat a batch almost every week. Everything is delicious from green leafy vegetables to noodle salad.

I am a loyal supporter of homemade salad dressings, and this kind of vinegar is my biggest! I always have something to do in the kitchen, and almost everything is very good.

Never miss me to add some jams or creamy seasoning with egg yolk or yogurt or yogurt. I like this seasoning on the bastard strawberry salad! For more self -made dressing, see our honey mustard seasoning, cream pasture or this simple Italian seasoning.

Critical ingredient

  • Fragrant vinegar: Use what you have. Most of our bottle is cheaper, with thin and beautiful sour vinegar inside. This is what I assumed in the recipe below. If your incense vinegar is thick and aging, then it is still cute in our recipe. We recommend that you taste it before using it. If you don’t have any added taste, you will not need any sweetener. If it is acidic and acidic, you need to add a little sweetness to maple syrup, honey or jam.
  • Diqiong mustard: I use mustard in many salad dressing recipes, and I like this kind of balm sauce. It helps emulsify ingredients and makes it taste more like the ingredients you provide in a better restaurant. Full mustard is a good alternative.
  • olive oil: Use your favorite power olive oil. I like fruit, lighter olive oil, but please use what you have or like.
  • Sweetter: Maple syrup and honey are very cute (I only add a little), and balance the sour taste of fragrant vinegar. If you want more taste, try jam. I especially like strawberry or fig jam.
  • Egg yolk sauce or yogurt (optional): If you like cream seasonings, add a spoonful of egg yolk sauce, yogurt or cream cream.
Self -made incense vinegar

Simple vinegar

Homemade incense vinegar is a staple recipe in our home. We like grape seasonings and use twice the olive oil. To make grapes less seasonings, add more olive oil to season. I like to add a little sweetener to the seasoning. Maple syrup or honey is cute, or add a little fruity with your favorite jam (strawberry jam is particularly good). If you use thicker vinegar or old vinegar, it may already taste sweeter, so you may not need to add a sweetener.

Make 3/4 cups

You will need

1/4 cup (60 ml) fragrant vinegar

2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey or strawberry jam

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of fresh black pepper powder

1/2 cup (120 ml) additional olive oil, or more

1 tablespoon of egg yolk sauce, yogurt or cream cream, optional cream

direction

1Mix the vinegar, mustard sauce, sweet taste, salt and pepper in a medium -sized bowl until they are fully mixed.

2When stirring, slowly flowing in olive oil until it is completely mixed and thickened.

3Taste, then adjust with salt, pepper, olive oil or sweetener. To turn it into cream seasonings, stir in egg yolk sauce (yogurt or cream cream).

The skills of Adam and Joanni

  • storage: Keep a seal container or jar up to 1 week.
  • How to make in a jar or mixer: Instead of putting all the ingredients in the screw tank and shaking it, not stirring all the ingredients. Or, use a blender. Add all the ingredients to the blender and then stir until thick.
  • Note about vinegar: If your incense vinegar is very good, you may need to add olive oil, salt and pepper to make delicious vinegar. It will naturally be thick and a little sweet. But most of us will not use super expensive orientation for daily salad! Therefore, for a more budget and friendly choice, we use conventional fragrant vinegar (about 15 US dollars) and add something to improve the flavor. Dijon’s mustard has increased complexity and found some sweetness in those expensive bottles. In this way, you will get a delicious, comprehensive vinegar without destroying the bank.
