Give me almost every other baked goods and ice cream combination brownies and ice cream. So naturally, a bowl of chocolate ice cream generously filled with a peculiar brownie, called my name.

Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream
I simply couldn’t resist in a classic combo of classic chewy, rich brownies with a scoop of melted ice cream on top. Before we get into this mouthwatering ice cream recipe, let’s not confuse it with the original brownie ice cream – ice cream = a bowl filled with brownies and mix into a smooth buttercream ice cream. (It’s delicious too!)
This chocolate fudge brownie ice cream starts with a rich and deep chocolate ice cream and then loads up chunks of chocolate, chewy, rich brownie cakes. My favorite brownies are the Universe Brownies (skip the candy on top), as the excess chocolate cake (with or without frosting) only adds to the amazingness of this ice cream.

To make your chocolate brownie ice cream even more irresistible, drizzle the ice cream with some hot fudge sauce while putting it in a freezer container that will provide sweet fudge in every bite, as well as those wonderful ones Chewy fudge brownies.
Side note – When you drizzle it with ice cream, make sure the hot fudge sauce is not warmer than room temperature. We don’t want that cute fresh clever ice cream to start melting before it can be stuffed back into the fridge to refuel!

Brownies and ice cream
Who doesn’t like the warm chocolate brownies of ice cream? Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that person. For another great brownie ice cream combo, try a batch of caramel brownie ice cream next time.
Caramel sauce + brownie cubes + creamy vanilla ice cream = an amazing way to celebrate on almost any occasion. And, if you’re lucky enough to hide a few brownies in the refrigerator and have a can of caramel sauce on your hands, you can make ice cream in just a few minutes.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
You will need the following ingredients to make this ice cream:
- Heavy cream
- Cocoa powder
- sugar
- Kosher salt
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- milk
- Vanilla extract
- Brownie

Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Recipe
In a large pot, mix together the cream, cocoa, sugar and salt. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it is combined and starts to steam and simmer. You may increase the heat if you want, but keep stirring non-stop. Don’t walk away now.
Remove from heat and add chocolate immediately. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir the milk and vanilla. Cool for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely cold. Process according to the instructions of the machine.

As the mixture is stirred, about one-third of the third is transferred to a freezing safe container. Sprinkle brownie pieces on each layer of ice cream and then repeat the layers with one-third of the ice cream. Sprinkle more brownies on this layer. Repeat the remaining ice cream and brownies.
Cover the lid with the lid and freeze until ready to serve. Scroll it into a bowl if needed and serve in brownies or extra brownies.

Ice cream and brownies
Brownie Berry Ice Cream starts with a vanilla bean ice cream base that hovers over it with cheese preserves and is filled with large chunks of chewy chocolate brownies. This ice cream is the result of a trip to Portland, and the instant food love I used with Marionberry.
In every spoon of this Oreo Brownie ice cream, crispy, chewy Oreo pieces and big chunks of decadent brownies are mixed together. I love the way to lightly sweet vanilla ice cream to boost strong chocolate. The texture alternates between crunchy, chewy and smooth.
Serve: 8 Serve
