Crispy tofu finger recipes

My family devoured these crispy tofu fingers! They are a simple, and even adults like children’s friendly snacks or meals. It is also easy to make gluten -free!

If you want to use a new way to enjoy tofu, these crispy fingers are the ideal starting point. In addition to the tofu we roasted, they are one of the tofu recipes that our families are the most. I cut tofu into strips or fingers, but you can cut them into multi -dimensional data sets at any time.

  • Tofu: Use super tofu as this recipe, because it can be well suitable for bread dandruff and pot oil powder. If you own, tofu company should be okay.

  • egg: After rolling the tofu fingers into flour, I immersed them into the eggs. If you want to make this recipe egg, you can use Aquafaba, which is lightly defeated, a plant -based non -sugar yogurt or vegetarian egg yolk sauce.
  • Grain or bread dandruff: We want to keep this recipe without gluten, so we use gluten -free grains (such as rice). If gluten is not a problem, use other crispy grains (such as corn slices) or use Panko bread crumbs instead of them.

I cut the tofu block into a plate, cover it with a paper towel, and put a heavy baking sheet on it. The thinner tablet speeds up the pressing process, so you can continue dinner!

Each tofu finger is poured into the flour, immersed into the egg, and then rolled with crispy grain (or bread dandruff). 1 (12 ounces) Packaging outside tofu

3 tablespoons of avocado oil

3/4 cup of almond flour or universal flour

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of fresh black pepper powder

3 cups of crushed gluten -free grains (such as chex) or using Panko bread dandruff

1Cut the tofu into a 1 -inch tablet. Put a layer of paper towels or clean dishes. Cover more paper towels or other clean dishes. Put the baking sheet on it with some heavy baking trays to reduce tofu and release some liquid. Leave 15 minutes alone.

2Cut the tofu into a finger.

3Set up a bread station: Mix the almond flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper on the plate. Add the eggs to the bowl and beat well. On the third plate, mixing grain or bread dandruff with another salt and some black pepper powder.

4Immerse each tofu finger into the seasoning flour, eggs, and finally immerse them in the broken grains so that they are covered in all aspects.

5Heat the oil in the cooker with medium heat. Add 4 to 5 fingers at a time and cook until golden yellow, 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side. Moved to a plate lined with paper towels or cleaning bands. Eat with your favorite dipping sauce.
