Glittering Cranberry Cocktail Recipe

My Bubble Cranberry Cocktail is a fun and simple cocktail For brunch, this is the same as with appetizers and appetizers with friends. Fast, minimal ingredients, so delicious!
This sparkling cranberry cocktail is one of the easiest cocktail recipes we have on our blog, but it is also one of my go-to drinks when serving the crowd. You can think of it as a mimosa, but you don’t use orange juice, but cranberry juice.
To make the perfect shiny cocktail, add the juice to the champagne flute and add champagne or sparkling wine to the glass. When you pour the wine into the glass, the drinks mix themselves together. Simple!
Key Ingredients
- Cranberry Juice: The most common option is the “Cranberry Juice Cocktail”, which adds some sugar. You can also find unsweetened cranberry juice, which is even more sour. Use something you like, but remember that if you use unsweetened juice, you may need to add a sweetener to your cocktail to balance it. Other juices work here too. Consider pomegranate juice, pear juice, cherry juice or cranberry juice mixture.
- Sparkling wine: I use cold sparkling wine for this cocktail. Choose the wine you really enjoy. You don’t need bankruptcy (I spent $20 to $35). Use Champagne, Cava (from Spain), American sparkling wine or dry prosecco (from Italy). We used Brut champagne in our video. Cava and Prosecco are usually the cheapest.
- Big Manil: This is optional, but its smooth orange flavor works well with cranberry juice. Triple SEC is also a good choice.

This simple cocktail is perfect for brunch or with appetizers. To make this non-alcoholic beverage, omit the orange liqueur and replace sparkling wine with dry sparkling soda or cider.
