The recipe quickly merges together. If you want to start first, you can make cups in advance. Then, the day you intend to provide them with service, wipe the grilled fish with our delicious spices and make spicy pepper ANG.

Critical ingredient

  • Wangdon Package Paper: I use square ravioli packaging paper to make small fried corn cups. I do the same about these pepper lime shrimp cups. There are usually several different thickness in the wonton packaging paper. If you have a choice, please lose weight or medium. If you want to use corn cakes, you can use smaller fried corn cakes, which are usually called street fried corn cakes or made by yourself, but deliberately make them mini. This is our corn cake recipe or flour corn cake recipe.
  • fish: We used Luo Feiyu in the photo, but any solid white fish can work in this recipe. Consider Mahi-MAHI, Cod or Sea Bass.
  • Seasoning fish fried corn cake: I mix the pepper powder, cumin, smoked pepper powder, onion powder and salt together to season my fish. If you haven’t seen our homemade pepper, I strongly recommend you! Otherwise, when buying pepper powder, I like Ancho pepper powder, and I find it more delicious than universal pepper powder.
  • cabbage: This color is used with red or green (white) cabbage.
  • Yogurt and lime: I like this creamy color, so I mix cabbage with a little yogurt and fresh lemon juice.
  • Dandling in Adobo sauce: I added fragmented debris to the Adber sauce to make my color spicy. These smoky peppers are smoked Mexican pepper, which are stored in delicious Adobo sauce made of spices and peppers. You can buy them with small jars, usually found in the international aisle of Salsas or stores. I also use them to make our roasted corn and chipotle butter, salmon burger cream coatings, and our sweet potato black bean fried corn cake.

The skills of Adam and Joanni

  • Wangton Cup: Sometimes, the ravioli will collapse during the baking process, which makes it difficult to stand up without falling. So we bake a few cups.
