4 simple steps, perfect rice
Rice is basically any rice. Before cooking with broth, rice and other grains are grilled in butter/fat. Most of the recipes used for rice use some kind of rice and pasta.
For this recipe, we used long -grained white rice and Orzo.
Perfect rice:
- Stir -fried onions began.

Perfect rice
- 2 Spoon butter
- 1 Spoon olive oil
- Bleak cup Diced onion
- 1 cup Long grain white rice
- Bleak cup Dry orzo pasta
- 2½ cup Low sodium chicken broth or inventory
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Bleak teaspoon Garlic
- Bleak teaspoon Onion powder
- Bleak teaspoon Black pepper
- Chopped fresh Banging, for decoration
Prevent the screen from turning black

In the medium -sized pot, heat the butter and olive oil with medium heat. Add onion and cook, and often stir until the onion becomes translucent, 3 to 4 minutes.

Add rice and Orzo, and stir it full to apply the grain with butter mixture. Continue to cook with medium -fire, and regularly stir for 3 to 4 minutes until the grain is hissing. Watch closely to avoid the burning of grains.

Add broth, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Stir to combine.

Boil the mixture with medium heat without stir. Stir at the bottom of the scraper. Cover the pot, pour the heat to keep the Immer, and then cook for 17 minutes (do not lift the lid during the cooking process!).
