What is dinner?
My menu plan brings pressure on dinner time Tested Recipes your family will love! Since each plan is packed with simple, delicious meals with simple ingredients, you can save your time and extra grocery trips. Also, with a little preparation (such as chopping vegetables or marinating meat in advance), cooking is even faster.

How many feeds does it?
This free weekly meal plan is exactly what you need to start the week. It offers five meals that can be fed 4-6 (depending on whether you are feeding adults or kids), which includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifeguard.
Why do I have to have a meal?
A dining plan is not just about the meaning of dinner, but about making life smoother and more enjoyable. This is why it worked for me:
- Less pressure: Knowing that the content on the menu will run out of guesses, you can relax and focus on what matters.
- More varieties: Planning ahead allows you to mix new recipes without falling into the same dinner rut.
- Family time: When all the dinner is figured out, there is more time to sit and enjoy it.
Try it – it may just be your favorite habit!
Dinner side dishes
My weekly menu plan always includes a printable shopping list that has been measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Store leftover meals
I only eat meal plans, Monday to Friday, because sometimes we have plans for the weekend, or I have the rest, we have to finish this week! If you do have leftovers, make sure they are stored correctly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
