White soft cheese plus fruit-barefoot in the kitchen

Please note -not all cheese are the same. Try it until you find the one that suits you! I personally prefer whole fat (4%) and Xiaogin milk cheese.
I have tried almost all brand -name cheese, and (strangely) I like store brands the most. Kroger and Meijer happened to be my two favorite store brands.
I often prepare a copy in advance, and then hide the cheese and the fruit cup together in the refrigerator until I am ready to be delicious. They can be preserved for several days, and I can take one after exercise, or eat afternoon tea when I want it.
